One day before the airplane take off, we went to Tangerang, 30 minutes from Soekarno Hatta Airport. We stayed at my father's friend's home at BSD. At 05.30 AM the next day, 1st January, we take off, and yes, we sleep during the new year's eve. We arrive in Padang around 06.30 AM.
I rather tell you the beautiful places there than tell you orderly day by day (my memories fail me). I remember that we visited the twin lake in Padang. It is called twin lake because you can see two lake from one spot on a hill.
We also went to Japan's cave, where the Indonesian people forced to work and slaughtered there during the colonial period.
There is a flyover called "kelok 9" flyover. It is surrounded by hills and trees.
If you like herbal drink, you must go to Kiniko Enterprise and the scenery there also beautiful.
